Johnson expressed confidence in keeping his post until the mid-2030s
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson expressed confidence that he will be able to keep the post he currently holds until the mid-2030s.
“I am actively thinking about a third term and what could happen next. But I will appreciate it when the time comes,” he said, adding that he intends to stay at Downing Street until the “mid-2030s”.
Earlier it became known about Johnson’s plans to invite his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky to visit the kingdom. The Ukrainian leader may meet with Queen Elizabeth II, as well as attend the congress of the ruling Conservative Party in Birmingham. It is noted that in this way the British prime minister wants to increase his rating, which continues to fall after the scandal with parties in the Downing Street residence.
