16-year-old Russian woman made jewelry with her own hands and earned millions of rubles
Designer Liliana Grigalashvili started making jewelry with her own hands and earned millions of rubles in a year. An interview with a resident of Moscow is published by Forbes.
The 16-year-old Russian initially launched her own clothing brand, Lili Archive, which included jackets she painted, but in November 2020, she turned her attention to polymer clay accessories that were popular on TikTok. Then the girl decided to make such products on her own and acquired the first necessary materials in the amount of five thousand rubles.
According to Grigalashvili, many of the decorations she saw on TikTok looked childish, and she wanted to create more serious pieces. She began to decorate clay with crystals: at the first stage, cheap ones – at a price of 20 rubles apiece, and later – with Swarovski stones, the cost of which could reach 1000-1500 rubles apiece.
